终末期肾病患者的抑郁障碍

摘要 终末期肾病（end-stage renal dis-ease,ESRD）是各种进展性肾脏疾病进行性发展的共同转归。近年来,随着生活水平的提高和生活方式的改变,其发病率逐年上升。据国际肾脏病协会统计,ESRD在自然人群中的年发病率为（98～198）／100万，而在经济发达国家发病率则更高，美国和日本的发病率分别达802／100万和996／100万。
