摘要
运用文献资料法,以胡锦涛总书记在第五届亚太经合组织人力资源开发部长级会议上的致辞上首次提出的概念"包容性增长"为主题,客观分析了我国体育事业的发展历程与时代特征,指出了我国当前体育事业发展与时代进步中存在的主要矛盾,提出了我国在新时期体育事业发展的新理念,即竞技体育、社会体育以及学校体育和谐发展的"包容性增长",并就如何实现这一目标提出了设想。
This paper using literature information method,taking Hu Jintao General Secretary in fifth session APEC human resources development Minister level meeting Shang of Mr Shang first made of concept ＂inclusive growth＂ as theme,analyzed the development course and times features of Chinese sports,and pointed out contradiction and proposed the ＂inclusive growth＂ conception for sports derelopment and provided some countermeasures for how to realize it.
