摘要
团购网站作为一类新兴的B2T网站正以迅猛的势头发展,由于团购网站的服务质量参差不齐,随之而来的是各种问题的出现。由于服务质量已经成为团购网站的竞争力主要因素之一。将通过问卷调查结合专家分析建立指标体系再以层次分析法对国内三家团购网站服务质量进行综合评价。通过分析,使团购网站经营者了解自身网站在服务质量方面存在的不足。旨在帮助团购网站经营者在目前国内外对于团购网站服务质量研究较少的情况下提高网站的服务质量。
