摘要
廉洁教育可以提高医学生抵御社会不良风气侵蚀的能力,重塑医学生伦理品德,并且能有效地从源头上遏制医疗腐败,因此对医学生进行廉洁教育是非常必要的。医学生廉洁教育的内容从校园生活的廉洁行为教育、面向职业生涯的廉洁医德教育和着眼于人生历程的廉洁品格教育三个层次展开。为提高廉洁教育的实效性,应完善和创新廉洁教育的内容与方式、构建医学生廉洁教育的平台和载体、塑造校园廉洁文化氛围,增强学生反腐倡廉的信心以及教职员工要做好廉洁道德表率。
Honest education can improve the medical students ＇ ability against the social bad style, remodel medical students＇ethics and moral character, and can effectively curb medical corruption from its source, so it is very necessary to provide honest education in medical students. The content of honest education in medical students was carried out from three levels： campus life education, medical ethics career education and honesty character education. To improve the effectiveness of the honest education, should perfect and innovation education content and way of clean and honest, construct the honest education of medical students platform and carrier, shape campus honest cultural atmosphere and strengthen students＇ confidence and the teaching staff should set a good example of honest moral values.
