摘要
目的评价国产头孢美唑钠治疗成年人下呼吸道感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法用头孢美唑钠治疗40例下呼吸道感染的成年患者,1g,ivgtt,q12h,疗程7～14d。观察细菌性疗效、细菌清除率及不良反应。结果临床有效率为85.0%(34/40),细菌清除率为76.9%(20/26),无明显不良反应。结论头孢美唑钠治疗成年人下呼吸道感染疗效性好、安全性高。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic cefmetazole in the treatment of the lower respiration tract infection in the adults. Methods 40 patients with lower respirationg tract infection had accepted the treatment of cefmetazole.Drugs ard administered two times a day for 7 - 14 days,at a daily does of 2 g. Results The overall effective rate of cefmetazole was 85%（34/40）.The bacterial clearance rate was 83.3%（25/30）.No obvious adverse reactions were observed in these patients. Conclusion Cefmetazole is an effective and safe antibacterial agent in the treatment of the lower respiration tract in the adults.
