摘要
本文给出了气体动压轴承的数学模型、结构设计特点、轴承材料选择的原则,同时提出气浮轴承的镀膜、研磨、刻槽等特种加工方法;最后,给出上述方法在动压轴承陀螺电机研制中的应用效果。
