摘要
利用二维有限元磁场分析方法,计算了邻近高压交流电缆线路敷设的金属管道上的磁感应纵电压,讨论并比较了感应电压的不同影响因素。研究发现,电缆隧道壁的钢筋结构可以有效屏蔽电缆线路对金属管道的磁感应影响,管道相对电缆线路的距离和管道材料的磁性是影响感应电压的关键因素,同时,管道尺寸对感应电压也有一定影响。磁感应电压和管道材料的电阻率无关。另外,在电缆线路和金属管道之间采取恰当的屏蔽措施可以有效降低工频磁场对管道的磁感应影响。
Magnetic induction voltages on the metal pipes close to and parallel with the HV AC power cables were calculated, using 2-D harmonic magnetic finite element analysis. The influence factors of the induction voltages were studied and their impacts were compared. It was found that cable tunnel could screen the magnetic induction of cables inside on metal pipes outside effectively. Distance and pipe permeability are key factors to determine the pipe induction voltages, while the influence of pipe size should also be considered. Induction voltage is independent of the pipe resistivity. In addition, reduction measures were provided to reduce the magnetic induction effectively.
