烟梗制浆漂白和配抄工艺的研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用仿生物酶体系对烟梗原料预处理,然后进行化学机械法制浆,同时对烟梗浆的漂白和配抄工艺进行研究。结果表明,在H2O2用量8%,处理温度70℃,处理时间90 min的漂白条件下获得的烟梗基片的白度性能较佳;在H2O2用量8%,处理温度80℃,处理时间120 min的漂白条件下获得的烟梗基片的强度性能较佳;该条件下获得的漂白烟梗浆配抄新型雪茄烟纸,最佳配比为烟梗浆∶外加纤维(本色针叶木浆∶漂白阔叶木浆∶漂白麻浆=8∶1∶1)=80∶20,此时抗张强度为1.09kN/m,透气度为9.05μm/(Pa.s),伸长率为1.42%,满足雪茄烟纸的物理指标要求。 The tobacco stem material was pretreated with biomimetic system, subsequently chemi-mechanical pulping and bleaching were carried out, the bleaching and paper making technologies of tobacco stem were also researched. The results showed that the tobacco sheet had appropriate physical properties when tobacco stem chemi-mechanical pulp was bleached with peroxide under the conditions of H2 02 dosge 8% , retention time 120 min,temperature 80℃ ;on the other hand the tobacco sheet had appropriate brightness when H202 dosage was 8% ,retention time was 90 min,temperature was 70℃. A new type cigar wrapping paper was manufactured with the furnish containing 80% tobacco stem chemi-mechanical pulp and 20% wood pulp, the paper with tensile strength 1.09 kN/m permeability 9.05 μm/( Pa . s) and elongation 1.42% could meet the requirement of cigar wrapping paper.
