摘要
文章探讨对波及跟距关节的跟骨骨折的治疗方法。对 42例 46足结节关节角在 0°～ 2 0°波及跟距关节的跟骨骨折 ,行 X线透视下斯氏针撬拔复位及固定的方法治疗。经 6个月～ 3年的随访 ,优 2 7足 ,良 16足 ,差 3足。结节关节角平均提高 15°。笔者认为这种治疗方法对新鲜的波及跟距关节的跟骨骨折为较理想的治疗手段 ,具有操作简单、创伤小、复位好、并发症少的优点。
Objective: Article explore effective treatment for calcaneal fracture affected calcaneoastragaloid joint. Methods: 42 casee (46feet) of calcaneal fracture affected calcaneoastragaloid joint and the nodus arthrosis angle is among 0°~20° were treated by replaced and fixed with steinmann pin prized. Results: Follow up of 6 months to 3 years was carried out, 27 cases were excellent, 16 good and 3 poor. 15° for nodus arthrosis angle was improved average. Conclusion: Such treating method was relatively perfect means for fresh calcaneal fracture spread to calcaneoastragaloid joint. It was provided with virtue of briefness operation, small hurt, good reposition, less complication. Article assay handleing main and proceeding adverted.
