摘要
用分析的方法 ,从分子水平研究中药对机体的综合效应为中药分子药理的主要内容。本文回顾了九十年代中药分子药理的研究情况 ,综述了中药对 DNA ,m RNA、基因、细胞凋亡及蛋白质等生物大分子的作用 。
Chinese herbs comprehensive effect on body is studied on molecular level with analysis method that should be the main content of molecular pharmacology of Chinese herbs. A overview is gave on the research on molecular pharmacology of Chinese herbs in 1990's. The effect of Chinese herbs on biomacromolecule, such as DNA, mRNA, gene, apoptosis, and proteins, is discussed in this paper. Of course the comment is gave in the paper.
