摘要
目的总结逆行交锁髓内钉在肱骨干骨折治疗的应用和临床效果。方法选取32例肱骨干骨折患者为研究对象,对其采用逆行交锁髓内钉治疗。结果 32例均获随访,全部骨折愈合,愈合时间3～6个月。肩肘关节按Neer评分,优26例,良6例,优良率100%。结论逆行交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折具有创伤小、固定可靠、术后并发症少,对肩肘关节功能影响小,不失为治疗肱骨干骨折的一种较好的方法。
Objective To summarize the clinical effects of interlocking intramedullary nailing in the treatment oi humeral shaft fracture. Methods 32 cases of humeral shaft fracture cases were treated with retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail. Results 32 patients were followed up.Healing time was 3 to 6 months.Shoulder and elbow Neer score excellent was in 26 cases,good in 6 cases,good rate of 100% . Conclusion The treatment of humeral shaft fractures treated with retrograde interlocking intramedullary nailing has less trauma and reliable fixation,fewer complications,a small shoulder and elbow function,and is regarded as the good treatment of humeral shaft fractures.
