次全子宫切除术对患者盆底功能近期影响的研究 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨次全子宫切除对患者盆底功能的近期影响。方法采用前瞻性研究对2010年10月～2011年12月笔者所在医院因子宫良性肿瘤行次全子宫切除术治疗的31例患者进行随访研究。术后2月对其进行盆底功能康复训练,术后3月测定其盆腔器官脱垂程度,盆底肌肉张力及肛提肌收缩力。结果手术前后盆腔器官脱垂程度,盆底肌肉张力及肛提肌收缩力统计学无明显差异,但后两项指标较术前提高。结论次全子宫切除术术后不会增加盆底功能障碍性疾病发生率。
