摘要
目的探讨血液灌流联合血液透析的血液净化方法对急性中毒患者的疗效及护理方法。方法选择2008年5月～2011年7月就诊于笔者所在医院的急性中毒患者30例,所有患者入院后均给予吸氧、彻底洗胃、补液、解毒剂等基础治疗,部分患者给予心肺复苏、呼吸机辅助呼吸、抗脑水肿等治疗,之后立即行血液净化治疗。结果所有30例患者经血液透析联合血液灌流治疗后,2例患者因中毒较为严重,就诊时间长而发生死亡。其他28例患者均恢复意识并痊愈出院,无严重的不良反应发生,疗效较好。结论综合的护理措施在血液净化治疗中起到重要的作用,保证了治疗的安全和高效,有效改善了患者的预后。
Objective To investigate the hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis blood purification methods for treatment of patients with acute poisoning, and methods of care. Methods May 2008 to July 2011 treatment in our hospital 30 patients with acute poisoning. All patients were given oxygen after admission, a thorough gastric lavage, rehydration, detoxification agent-based treatment for some patients given cardiopulmonary resuscitation, mechanical ventilation, anti- cerebral edema treatment, immediately after line hemodialysis treatment. Results The group of 30 patients after combined hemoperfusion hemodialysis treatment, 2 patients due to poisoning more serious, long treatment time of death. The other 28 patients recovered consciousness and was discharged with no serious adverse events, better effect. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care in the blood purification therapy play an important role in ensuring the safe and efficient treatment, improve the prognosis.
