俯卧位对早产儿呼吸喂养的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨俯卧位防治早产儿呼吸暂停和喂养不耐受的临床效果和可行性。方法回顾性分析2009年7月至2011年5月收住新生儿科NICU的早产儿537例,其中俯卧位(观察组)252例,仰卧位(对照组)285例,比较两组发生呼吸暂停的相关情况及氨茶碱使用时间;以及喂养和体质量增长情况。结果观察组发生呼吸暂停明显少于对照组,且恢复快,经统计学分析两者差异有统计学意义;并且观察组患儿奶量增加时间及体质量增长均快于对照组。结论俯卧位可改善早产儿潮气量,降低呼吸道阻力,对辅助治疗呼吸暂停安全有效,且有助于防治喂养不耐受,帮助早产儿正常喂养,利于早产儿生长发育,值得临床推广应用。
