摘要
2011年通钢7号高炉通过采取改善原燃料条件、提高煤气利用率、提高煤粉燃烧率、降低生铁硅含量和加强日常操作与管理等措施,10月年修后,11,12月在高利用系数和提高煤比的前提下实现了燃料比517~518kg/t,取得了开炉以来的最好水平。
In 2011, by taking measures of improving the condition of raw material and fuel, improving the utilization rate of gas, improving the combustion rate of pulverized coal, reducing the silicon content in pig iron and strengthening the daily operation and management, the fuel ratio of No. 7 blast furnace (2 680 m^3) in Tonggang is decreased to 517 -518 kg/t in November and December after the annual repair in October under the high utilization factor and PCI ratio. It's the best level since blow on.
