摘要 从智能变电站一体化信息平台与调度一体化功能协调的角度分析了智能变电站站控层一体化信息平台的功能需求与技术特征,总结了一体化信息平台当前研究和建设现状,提出了一种未来智能变电站一体化信息平台的构建方案。该平台统一和简化了智能变电站的数据采集,形成唯一性、一致性的基础数据和信息,以标准的方式实现变电站内外实时数据及信息的交互和共享,并保留与电力数据网及其他软件的良好接口。方案结构紧凑,设备布置简洁,降低工程综合造价与设备维护工作量,是一种智能变电站一体化信息平台的远景设计方案。 This article analyzed the functional requirements and technical characteristics from the point of view of integrative scheduling coordination with integrative information platform for smart substation. The current status of research and construction of integrative information platform for smart substation were summarized, and a kind of future integrative information platform for smart substation was put forward. The data source of smart substation was harmonized and simplified, and the uniqueness and consistency of the base data and information were ensured. The interaction and sharing of the realtime data both in and out of the mart substation was implemented by unified stands. At the same time, the function of intelligent information platform could be extended by retaining good interface with power data network and other third-party software. The advantages of this design were compact structure, simple equipment layout, less project costs and maintenance work load. This design is a future plan of integrative information platform for smart substation.
