摘要
目的:观察引导式教育对脑瘫儿童的粗大运动功能的影响。方法:20例脑瘫儿童在我中心接受1学年(10个月,除外寒暑假期)的引导式教育,康复效果评价前后均采用粗大运动功能评定量表(GMFM88)和脑瘫儿童实用技能记录表进行评价。结果:引导式教育10个月后,粗大运动功能评定量表(GMFM88)的五个能区的得分均有明显提高,引导式教育前后的得分对比P<0.001,差异有极显著性意义;脑瘫儿童实用技能记录表中的大肌能活动的得分有明显提高,引导式教育前后的得分对比P<0.05,差异有显著性的意义。结论:引导式教育能明显提高脑瘫儿童的粗大运动功能。
Objective:To observe affect of gross motor function for children with cerebral palsy that apply Conductive Education. Methods ::20 cases of children with cerebral palsy in my center for one school year ( 10 mouths, except for tbe summer and winter holidays) to apply Conductive Education, Evaluation of rehabilitation use 88 Gross Motor Function Measure ( GMFM888 ) and Cerebral palsy practical skills record sheet. Results: 10 months after, the five districts of the Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM88) scores were significantly improved, Conductive Education scores before and after contrast, P 〈 0. 001, thedifference was significant; Cerebral palsy practical skills record sheet of the child record form to the activities of scoressignificantly improved Conductive Education scores before and after contrast, P 〈 0.05, significant difference of meaning. Conclusions : Conductive Education can significantly improve thegross motor function of children with cerebral palsy.
