血液病患者医院感染的分析与预防措施 被引量：14

摘要 目的　探讨血液病患者医院感染的原因和预防措施。方法　对我院 1998年 9月～ 1999年 8月血液科所发生的医院感染 84例进行回顾性统计分析。结果　血液病患者医院感染多见于急性白血病 ,好发部位为呼吸道、口腔、胃肠道和肛周 ,引起医院感染常见病原菌为大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等。结论　对血液病感染的预防措施主要是提高机体的免疫力 。
