摘要
目的探讨对羊水穿刺产前诊断孕妇适用的高质量、高效率的临床健康教育模式。方法将2011年1～8月来本院进行羊水穿刺产前诊断的孕妇902例随机分成两组,对照组82例,运用传统健康教育模式,实验组820例,采用临床路径模式对孕妇及家属进行健康教育指导。结果对照组、实验组孕妇在知识掌握程度(78%vs 100%)、对护士满意度(98.8%vs 100.0%)、手术时间[(8.0±2.2)分vs(6.0±1.4)分]、孕妇就诊次数[(5.0±1.2)次vs(4.0±0.3)次]等方面差异有统计学意义。结论应用临床护理路径对羊水穿刺产前诊断孕妇进行健康教育,能明显提高教育效果,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,节省手术时间,减少孕妇就诊次数,减轻孕妇痛苦,节约医疗资源。
Objective To investigate the application of clinical nursing pathway on health education to pregnant women who need amniocentesis. Methods A total of 902 patients who need amniocentesis from January to August 2011 in Huizhou municipal central hospital were enrolled in our study. Patients were randomly didved into two groups, the control group of 82 cases, treated with traditional health education and the experimental group of 820 cases treated with the clinical path- way to the pregnant women and family model health education guidance. Results It was significantly different on understanding of information （78% vs 100%）, satisfaction to nurses （98.8% vs 100.0%）, operation time [（8.0±2.2） minutes vs （6.0± 1.4） minutes] and the times of visiting [（5.0±1.2） times vs （4.0v0.3） times] between the control group and experimental group. Condusion It is benefit to improve understanding of information, satisfaction to nurses and the rate of follow-up, shorten operation time, reduce visiting frequency, and save medical resource .
