摘要
目的观察厄贝沙坦联合辛伐他汀对高血压患者微量清蛋白尿的影响。方法将72例高血压伴微量清蛋白尿患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各36例。对照组给予厄贝沙坦进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加用辛伐他汀,疗程均为24周。分别于治疗前后测定两组患者的血压、24 h尿微量清蛋白量(24h U-Alb)、血清肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)等指标。结果治疗结束后,两组患者血压均显著下降(P<0.05),观察组24h U-Alb、BUN、SCr等指标值均较治疗前及对照组同期显著降低(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合辛伐他汀对高血压伴微量清蛋白尿患者的临床疗效显著,值得推广使用。
Objective To observe the effects of irbesartan and simvastatin in patients with hypretension and microalbu- minuria. Methods Seventy-two patients with hypertension and mieroalbuminuria were randomly divided into observation group （n = 36） and control group （n = 36）. The control group was treated with irbesartan, and on the basis of this, the ob- servation group was treated with simvastatin for 24 weeks. The changes of blood pressure, 24h U-Alb, SCr and BUN were observed before and after treatment. Results The antihypertensive efficacy were similar in patients of the two groups, but the levels of 24h U-Alb, SCr and BUN in the observation were significantly lower than those before treatment and in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of irbesartan and simvastatin has definite clinical effect in treating patients with essential hypretension and microalbuminuria.
