摘要
目的探讨注射肾上腺素辅助腹腔镜、结肠镜联合手术治疗结肠息肉的临床效果。方法搜集2010年8月～2012年4月行结肠息肉切除的患者80例,根据治疗方法的不同,把上述患者分为治疗组40例与对照组40例,治疗组所有患者都采用注射肾上腺素辅助腹腔镜、结肠镜联合手术治疗,对照组采用单独的腹腔镜、结肠镜联合手术治疗。结果经过观察分析,两组的手术时间对比无明显差异,但是治疗组的术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论注射肾上腺素辅助腹腔镜、结肠镜联合手术治疗结肠息肉能明显减少术中出血量,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of injection of Epinephrine assisted by laparoscopy, colonoscopy com- bined with surgical in the treatment of colon polyps. Methods Eighty patients taking resection of colon polyps from August 2010 to April 2012 were collected and divided into 40 cases of treatment group and 40 cases of control group according to different treatment methods. All patients of treatment group were taken the treatment of injection of Epinephrine assisted by laparoscopy, colonoscopy combined with surgical, while the control group took the treatment of single laparoscopy, colonoscopy combined with surgical. Results Through the observation and analysis, there were no significant differences of the surgical time between the two groups, but the intraoperative blood loss of the treatment group was significantly less than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The injection of Epinephrine assisted by laparoscopy and colonoscopy combined with surgical in the treatment of colon polyps can significantly reduce the intraoperative blood loss, which is wor- thy of clinical application.
