摘要
目的探讨脑卒中抑郁(PSD)多元化治疗手段。方法将68例PSD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各39例,均常规治疗并结合康复训练和心理辅导,治疗组加用脑蛋白水解物治疗,疗程4周,评价两组治疗前后的汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、临床神经功能缺损程度评分(CSS)和日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分变化。结果治疗前,两组临床情况、HAMD、CSS和ADL评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的HAMD、CSS和ADL评分均较治疗前有明显改善(治疗组P<0.01,对照组P<0.05),治疗后两组间疗效比较,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑蛋白水解物治疗可以促进PSD患者抑郁症状和神经功能的康复,从而促进其日常生活能力的提高。
Objective To explore the plurality of post-stroke depression (PSD) treatment. Methods Sixty-eight cases of PSD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 39 cases in each group, both groups received conventional therapy combined with rehabilitation training and psychological counseling, treatment group was added with cere- broprotein hydrolysate for Injection treatment for 4 weeks. Both two groups were evaluated before and after treatment by Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) score, clinical neural function defect score (CSS) and activities of daily living (ADL) score. Results Before the treatment, two groups' clinical condition, HAMD, CSS and ADL score comparison showed no sig- nificant differences (P〉0.05). After the treatment, HAMD, CSS and ADL score of two groups were obvious improved (treat- ment group: P 〈 0.01, control group: P 〈 0.05), the effect of treatment group was better than that of control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection can promote PSD patients with depression and nerve function recovery, thus facilitating daily life ability.
