摘要
目的探讨标准经皮肾镜联合输尿管镜治疗上尿路结石的临床价值。方法选取上尿路结石患者196例,年龄22～69岁,平均(43.2±9.3)岁。所有患者均行标准经皮肾镜联合输尿管镜治疗;记录并分析患者术前、术中和术后的相关资料。结果手术时间40～110 min,平均(68.3±15.8)min;术中失血量50～150 mL,平均(78.5±18.4)mL;住院时间9～16 d,平均(11.2±1.6)d。术后21例出现发热,2例出现严重血尿,未见胸膜、肠管及重要血管损伤。196例患者中,171例一期取净结石,一期结石取净率为87.2%。结论标准经皮肾镜联合输尿管镜治疗上尿路结石疗效显著、安全、结石残留率低。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of standard percutaneous nephroscope combined with ureteroscopy in the treatment of upper urinary calculi. Methods One hundred and ninety-six patients with upper urinary calculi were cho- sen, whose age ranged from 22 to 69 years old, with （43.2±9.3） years old in average. All patients were given the treatment of standard percutaneous nephroscope combined with ureteroscopy. The related data of patients in the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative time was recorded and analyzed. Results The operation time was 40-110 min, （68.3±15.8） rain in average; the intraoperative blood loss was 50-150 mL, （78.5±18.4） mL in average; the hospitalization time was 9-16 days, （11.2±1.6） days in average. In post-operation, there were 21 cases of fever, 2 cases of serious hematuria, and no cas- es of pleural, intestine and important vascular injuries. Among 196 cases, 171 cases were stone-free at stage one, the total stone free rate was 87.2%. Conclusion Standard percutaneous nephroscope combined with ureteroscopy in the treatment of upper urinary calculi is effective, safe, and the rate of residual stone is low.
