摘要
雷沙吉兰(Rasagiline)为不可逆选择性单胺氧化酶-B(MAO-B)抑制剂,可增强多巴胺的传递信号,有效缓解帕金森症的诸如静止性震颤、肌肉僵直等症状。本文通过系统地查阅国内外近年来雷沙吉兰合成的相关文献,旨在为科研工作者全面而系统地了解雷沙吉兰的合成路线、进一步深入研究提供参考。
Rasagiline is a irreversible selectivity antagonist of monoamine oxidase-B (MAO-B), it can enhance the transmission of dopamine which can mitigate the symptom of Parkinson's disease such as static tremor and stiffen muscle. In this paper, research literatures on rasagiline synthesis at home and abroad are collated. Its purpose is to make scientific research workers systemly understanding synthesis route of rasagiline and provide the reference for its further research.
