摘要
在市场经济条件下,如何以工程项目为对象,实现动态管理和资源的优化配置,做好施工项目的事前、事中、事后管理,提出一些方法和措施。针对水布垭工程实际情况,结合葛洲坝集团近20年项目管理的实践和现代化管理技术的成果,对水布垭混凝土面板堆石坝的施工管理模式、进度控制、质量控制等进行分析,提出适应特大型水电站施工现代化管理的初步成果。
The conditions of market economy, how to project an object, to achieve dynamic management and optimal allocation of resources, good construction project prior to matter, after the management, in this paper, a number of methods and measures. Shuibuya concrete face rockfill dam construction management model for the the Shuibuya actual situation, combined with the results of the Gezhouba Group for nearly 20 years of project management practices and modern management techniques, schedule control, quality control, research, and proposed to adapt modern management of very large hydropower station construction preliminary results.
