摘要
目的:探讨复方酮康唑栓联合α-干扰素栓治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病的疗效。方法:选择240例外阴阴道念珠菌病患者,随机分为三组,α-干扰素栓组(A组)、复方酮康唑栓组(B组)、复方酮康唑栓联合α-干扰素栓组(C组),每组各80例。所有患者于治疗后第2、4、8周随访,治疗后4周判定疗效,比较三组治疗结束后疗效和复发率。结果:停药后4周,A组总有效率为77.5%,B组81.3%,C组97.5%,A组、B组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、B组与C组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。停药后8周复发率:A组42.5%,B组40.0%,C组10.0%,A、B组与C组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方酮康唑栓联合α-干扰素栓治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病具有高效、复发率低、起效快、安全等特点,值得临床推广。
Objetive：To explore the effect of the Compound ketone health thiazole bolt combined wiht Alpha interferon bolt in treatment of Vulvar vaginal moniliosis.Methods：240 cases of Vulvar vaginal moniliosis patients were randomly divided into three groups, each group include 80 cases, the Alpha interferon bolt group （group A）, the Compound ketone health thiazole group （group B） and the Alpha interferon bolt joint Compound ketone health thiazole groups （group C）.All patients were followed in 2, 4, 8 weeks after treatment, judging the curative effect after 4 weeks treatment, comparing efficacy and recurrence rate of the three groups after treatment. Results：After discontinuation of 4 weeks, the efficiency of three groups A, B and C respectively is 77.5%, 81.3% and 97.5%, there was significant difference between A, B group and C group （P〈0.05）. After discontinuation of 8 weeks , the recurrence rates of three groups A, B and C respectively was 42.5%, 40.0% and 10.0%, there was significant difference between A, B group and C group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of ompound ketone health thiazole bolt joint Alpha anticoagulant had the characteristics such as high efficiency, low recurrence rate, fast effect-acting, safety and worth to clinical promotion.
