摘要
知识创新是企业核心能力形成的关键,正确分析和评价企业的知识创新能力,对于促进企业核心能力形成、提高企业知识管理水平以及增强企业竞争优势,具有重要的实践意义。基于价值链理论,在构建企业知识创新能力综合评价指标体系的基础上,运用层次分析方法和灰色关联理论,建立了基于层次分析法的灰色关联度综合评价模型,利用该模型对企业知识创新能力进行综合评价,使企业了解其知识创新能力现状,为企业制定创新策略提供依据。
Knowledge innovation is the key element of enterprise＇s core competence, and it has important practical significance to promote enterprise＇s knowledge innovation and enhance the level of enterprise＇s knowledge management and enhance enterprise＇ s competitive advantage that analyzing and evaluating knowledge innovation ability of enterprise accurately. Based on building a comprehensive evaluation index system of enterprise＇s knowledge innovation ability, the paper puts forward a grey correlation comprehensive evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process by the use of AHP and grey correlation theory, and carry out a comprehensive evaluation to knowledge innovation ability of enterprise based on the model, that it can enable enterprises to know the status of their knowledge innovation ability and provide a basis to make innovative strategies for the enterprise.
