摘要
高职院校创建先进基层党组织长效机制建设,要认清创建过程中存在的问题和不足,准确把握创建先进基层党组织的内在要求,从相关保障、教育管理、作用发挥、党员党内民主参与、考核激励等方面建立一套科学合理的长效机制。
