摘要
目的 :探讨心可宁治疗对糖尿病并发自主神经病变患者自主神经功能的影响。方法 :采用安慰剂对照 ,观察心可宁(0 8g ,每日3次)对14例糖尿病并发自主神经病变患者心率变异性的影响。结果 :心可宁明显增加心率变异性时域及频域指标。结论 :心可宁对糖尿病并发自主神经病变患者心脏自主神经功能产生有益作用。
Purpose: To investigate the effects of Xinkening on autonomic nerves function of diabetes patients with autonomic neuropathy. Method: A placebo-control method was employed to examine the effects of Xinkening on heart rate variation in 14 patients of diabetes with autonomic neuropathy (at the dosage of 0.8g each time and three times a day). Results: Compared with Placebo, Xinkening could significantly increase both the time-domain and frequency-domain indicators of heart rate variability. Conclusion: Xinkening therapy attenuates the autonomic imbalance in diabetic patients with autonomic neuropathy as evaluated by heart rate variability.
