胸部挤压法联合密闭式吸痰在机械通气新生儿中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨胸部挤压法联合密闭式吸痰对机械通气患儿气道管理的效果。方法将82例行有创机械通气超过48h的新生儿,随机分为观察组42例和对照组40例,两组均采用密闭式吸痰,观察组辅以胸部挤压法进行气道管理。结果观察组痰液吸尽时间、吸痰后氧饱和度上升幅度显著优于对照组,气道损伤发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论胸部挤压法联合密闭式吸痰更有利于机械通气新生儿保持气道通畅,减少并发症发生。
