摘要
目的探讨手足口病就诊管理方法。方法本院于2010年7月至2011年2月半年间共收治手足口病患儿413例。所有患儿均进行了全面系统的就诊管理及护理。对所有患儿临床就诊治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果 37例患儿治疗有效率为100%,其中痊愈率为94%。所有患儿无严重并发症,无死亡。结论针对手足口病患儿进行正确有效的就诊管理及护理能进一步提高此病的治疗有效率。防止医院内感染,减少患儿病程,降低并发症的发生。此方法值得临床推广。
Objective To study the hand, foot and mouth disease clinic management methods. Methotis this hospital in July 2010 to 2 half years were children of hand, foot and mouth disease （ n = 413 ）. All of them are a comprehensive system of medical management and nursing care. All clinical medical treatment of children were analyzed retrospectively. Results 37 cases treatment rate of 100%, which recovery rate is 94%. All of them without any complications, no death. Conclusion in hand, foot and mouth disease with correct effective medical management and nursing can further improve the treatment efficiency. Prevent infection in hospital, reduce of children and reduce complications. This method is worth clinical promotion.
