摘要
目的 观察肝叶切除治疗右肝胆管狭窄及结石的疗效。方法 回顾性分析了以肝叶切除为主的方法治疗右肝胆管狭窄及结石31例。结果 远期随访疗效优良率为 87.1% ,疗效差者为 12 .9% ,残石率为 6 .5 %。结论 以肝叶切除为主的方法治疗右肝胆管狭窄及结石临床疗效较好。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of hepatectomy in the treatment of stricture and stone in the right hepatic duct.Methods We summarized 31 cases suffering from stricture and stone in the right hepatic duct treated by hepateetomy.Resucts The result showed a rate of good longterm follw-up result of 87.1%,poor results were 12.9%,a rate of residual stones were 6.5%.Conclusion It revealed satisfactory results that hepatectomy treated stricture and stone of the right hepatic duct.Right hepatectomy,when indicated,is suggested for more patients suffering from right intrahepatic stricture and stone.
