摘要
目的 了解蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)后血小板膜糖蛋白 - 140 (GMP- 140 )和血栓烷 B2 (TXB2 )的变化规律。方法 经颅骨钻孔 -注入自家血方法建立大鼠 SAH的动物模型 ,应用放射免疫法对 SHA后不同时间内大鼠血 GMP- 140、TXB2 水平进行测定。结果 GMP- 140在实验后 36小时~ 7天间有上升 ,以 3天最为显著 ,TXB2 在实验后 12~ 36小时呈节段性升高。结论 GMP- 140增高是 SAH发生后脑缺血和神经组织受损后共同激活血小板的结果 ,GMP- 140的增高与迟发性血管痉挛及
Objective To grasp the regularity of gluco membrance protein 140(GMP 140) and thromboxane B 2(TXB 2) after subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH). Methods The experimental SAH models of Wistar rats were completed by transcranial drilling and the reperfusion of self blood, the levels of GMP 140 and TXB 2 in plasma were determined by radioimmunologic method. Results The increase of GMP 140 was 36 h^7 d;the highest in 3 d.the time of TXB 2 was rised in 12~36 h after the experiment. Conclusion The rise of GMP 140 was a combination effect of cerebral ischemia and the damage of nevous tissure in activiting platelet after SAH, the change was(SAH) directly related to lately vascular spasm and secondary vascular injury.
