摘要
采用手法整复自制弹性加压可调式磁性夹板固定治疗尺桡骨干骨折 68例 ,经 6～ 2 4个月 ,平均 18个月随访 ,结果优 5 1例 ,良 11例 ,可 6例 ,优良率达 91.2 %。认为该夹板具有多方向、多部位、多角度可调性挤压的特点 ,对骨折的固定 ,尤其是多段复杂性骨折的固定是可靠的。
Sixty eight cases of diaphyseal fractures of the ulna and radius were treated by manipulative reduction and external fixation with self made adjustable magnetic and elastic compressing splints (AMECS). Through the follow up (Range: 6-24 months; Mean: 18 months), the results were excellent in 51 cases, good in 11 and fair in 6, and the excellent good rate reached 91.2 %. It was believed that AMECS is characterized by the squeeze adjustable in many directions, many sites and many angles, being reliable for fracture immobilization, especially for that of complex multi segmental fractures.
