摘要
为探讨骨质疏松症的发生与自由基的关系。对去势雌性大鼠绝经后骨质疏松症模型血清丙二醛 ( MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)含量进行测定 ,并与正常假手术组比较。结果显示去势模型组血清 MDA明显高于对照组 ,SO D低于正常对照组 ,差异分别有非常显著意义 ( P<0 .0 1)和显著意义 ( P<0 .0 5 )。表明氧自由基代谢异常参与了绝经后骨质疏松症的病理进程。
To inquire into the relationship between pathogenesis of osteoporosis and changes of MDA and SOD, the plasma levels of MDA and SOD in ovariectomized rat models of osteoporosis were measured and compared with those of the normal or sham surgery group. The results showed much higher MDA of the ovariectomized group than that of the control and lower SOD of the ovariectomized group than that of the normal control group with a very significant and significant difference (P < 0.01 and P < 0.05), suggesting the definite role of MDA and SOD in the pathological process of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
