摘要
根据改造加固工程设计使用年限的思路,导出了地震作用计算的参数,明确了抗震措施和抗震构造措施的确定原则,得出了风荷载及竖向荷载的合理取值方法。对于重要的改造加固工程和业主有要求时,应采用抗震性能化设计。
This article advances the thought of the defining of the design life,and the quake action design condition is gave in the text.Doctrine of the seismic measures and details of seismic design determination is cleared,the method to determine the wind and vertical load is explained also.to the important project or the owner demanding,performance based design will be adopted.
