摘要
简要介绍了台湾休闲农业法律法规体系中的专项法规与其他相关法规政策;总结归纳出台湾休闲农业法律法规所具有的概念明确清晰、专项法规相对完善规范、外部环境支持有力等三个主要特点,最后根据其特点总结了台湾休闲农业法律法规发展经验对祖国大陆的启示。
In this paper, the laws and regulations system of Taiwan leisure agriculture were briefly elaborated from the aspects of special regulations and other related regulations. Furthermore, the analysis on the characteristics of the laws and regulations system of Taiwan leisure agriculture indicated that the laws and regulations system exhibited three characteristics, that is, clear law concepts, comparatively perfect special regulations and a strongly supported external environment. Finally, based on the above--mentioned characteristics, the illuminations on the development of mainland leisure agriculture were put forward.
