摘要
主要介绍了我在港口筒仓散粮系统的设备管理上的具体做法及经验,通过对人员的管理和物的管理,实现设备的综合管理,使设备管理达到良性循环,实现了设备安全运行。
This paper mainly introduced the I in Longkou Port Bulk Grain silos system equipment management practice and experience, through to the personnel management and material management, realize the comprehensive management of the equipment, the equipment management to achieve benign loop, implementation of the safe operation of the equipment.
