摘要
铸铁材料的发展及其在资源、价格、工艺性能和机械性等诸多方面的优势,铸铁材料中广泛应用的是灰铸铁。但是由于灰铸铁的金相组织、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性较差;而蠕墨铸铁除了具有灰铸铁机械性能外还具有良好强度、疲劳强度等,用蠕墨铸铁机械性能、寿命、重量、尺寸、等诸多方面有较大优势。
Cast iron materials, the development of its resources, price, process performance and mechanical advantages of the widely used cast iron material is gray cast iron. However, due to the mierostructure of gray cast iron, wear resistance, poor resistance to corrosion; also has good strength, fatigue strength vermicular graphite cast iron, gray cast iron mechanical properties, mechanical properties of compacted graphite cast iron, life, weight, size, and so many other aspects have a greater advantage.
