摘要
分析了中注管耐火砖成型模具内衬(10钢)的失效形式及原因 ,论证了采用稀土镁球铁代替10钢制作模具内衬的可行性。生产实践表明 ,稀土镁球铁内衬的使用寿命是10钢的1.6倍 ,且可降低成本。
An analysis was made on the failure forms and causes of the liner (steel 10) of the central_casting_pipe forming die for refractory bricks. The possibility of using rare earth Mg ductile iron to take the place of steel 10 was expounded and proved. Production practice shows that the lifetime of the rare earth Mg ductile iron liner is 1.6 times of that of steel 10. And using the rare earth Mg ductile iron liner could lower the cost and save resources.
