摘要
采用HST 2型消失模涂料高温透气性测试仪测试分析了涂料各组成 ,密度等对消失模涂料高温透气性的影响 ,研究了涂料高温透气性对消失模铝铸件密度的影响。研究结果表明 ,消失模涂料在满足其他使用性能要求的条件下 ,使其具有最佳高温透气性 ,应选择几种耐火骨料搭配同作涂料的骨料 ,最好组合使用多种有机及无机粘结剂。研究还表明 ,涂料透气性对干砂消失模铸造铝件针孔有较大影响。低透气性涂料有利于减少针孔。
The effects of coating constituents,density on hightemperature permeability of EPC coating have been investigated with the HST2 hightemperature permeability testing instrument for EPC coating made by HUSTAnd the effect of coating permeability on aluminium casting denstity has been studiedThe results show that several kinds of refractory fillers with different particle size should be used in combination with some organic and inorganic binders to obtain optimum coating permeabilityThe results also show that coating hightemperature permeability has greater effect on the pinhole of EPC aluminium casting,and the coating with lower permeability is helpful to reducing the pinhole
