中枢神经细胞瘤的MRI诊断(附5例报告) 被引量：3

摘要 中枢神经细胞瘤（cenrtal neurocytoma，CNC）是一种较少见的颅内神经上皮肿瘤，约占颅内肿瘤的0．25％～0．50％。由于其在组织、病理学特点及预后等方面与其他类型的神经上皮组织肿瘤均存在较大差异，同时其诊断和治疗也存在争议，因此术前诊断非常重要。笔者回顾性分析了2007年11月～2011年5月5例经术后病理证实的CNC的MRI资料，旨在提高该病的术前诊断水平，并为临床诊治提供参考。
