摘要
烧结厚料层操作可提高烧结矿质量、改善烧结矿质量、降低能耗。鞍矿东烧厂为了采取这一新工艺 ,将 2号烧结机进行了一系列改造 ,其中包括将台车挡板高度由原来的 370 m m提高到 5 0 0 mm,收到了良好的效果。
Thick bed sintering can increase sinter output,improve sinter quality and decrease energy consumption.In order to adopt this new process,a series of modification on No.2 sintering machine is made by the plant,in which apron plate height of bogie is increased to 500mm from 370mm and have a good effect.
