摘要
湘钢 3#高炉因炉衬和冷却设备破损严重 ,无法维持生产 ,采用 BFS喷补料喷补炉身下部 ,1 60喷补料喷补炉身上部对炉身进行修复 ,并更换了部分冷却设备。经过喷补延长了高炉寿命 ,收到了较好的效果。
Because furnace liner and cool equimpment of No. 3 blast furnace were breaked, it could not properly work. The furnace liner of low furnace shaft was fettled with BFS jetrefractory, the furnace liner of upper furnace shaft was fettled with 160 jet refractory, And some cool equipments were renewed. Blast furnace life was prolonged.
