摘要
目的评价应用Twin-block矫治器对生长发育期AngleⅡ类Ⅰ分类错的治疗效果。方法选择安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错畸形患者11例,男5例、女6例,年龄10～14岁,均为替牙晚期或恒牙早期,X线头影测量显示主要为下颌后缩及轻微的上颌前突,ANB>5°,左手腕片显示为生长发育高峰期或高峰前期,所有病例均采用Twin-block矫治器进行治疗。结果平均疗程7～8个月,X线头影测量结果分析:SNB增大;ANB减小明显,Go-Co增大,经统计学处理均有显著性,表明Twin-block矫治器能促进下颌生长。结论 Twin-block矫治器治疗早期AngleⅡ类Ⅰ分类错可取得明显的骨骼改变,是一种疗效肯定的矫治器。
Objective To evaluate the effects of Twin-block functional appliance on the treatment of Angle class Ⅱ division Ⅰ malocclusion.Methods Eleven class Ⅱ patients（aged 10-14 yeas old,5 male patients and 6 female patients） with mandible retrusion and slight maxillary protrusion were included.Radiographs of the left hand and wrist showed that the patients were at the puberal or prepubertal stage.All the patients were treated with the Twin-block functional appliance.Results The duration of treatment was 7-8 months on average.SMB increased,while ANB decreased.ANS-Me and Go-Co increased,which showed significant difference according to statistical analysis.Conclusions Obvious skeletal change can be achieved with application of Twin-block functional appliance in early class Ⅱ malocclusion.
