脑源性神经营养因子在全身麻醉药致神经毒性中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 有实验发现,全身麻醉(全麻)药可诱发灵长类动物发育中大脑的神经毒性产生脑神经元凋亡’,影响认知功能。脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)是神经营养素家族中的一员,在神经系统发育过程中对神经元的存活.
