摘要
在硫酸铜基体中 ,硫脲还原掩蔽Cu(Ⅱ)的同时 ,Fe(Ⅲ)被还原为Fe(Ⅱ) ,Fe(Ⅱ)与邻菲口罗 啉生成红色络合物 ,其最大吸收波长 5 10nm ,摩尔吸光系数 7.9× 10 3L·cm- 1。Fe(Ⅱ )浓度在 0 0～ 80 .0 μg/ 5 0mL遵守比耳定律 ,借此进行比色测定。
