Optimization and Improvement for Uncoiler Structure

摘要 通过对开卷机长期运行的观察,发现原有开卷机具有安装繁琐,装管复杂,压力腔和回油腔窜油严重等情况,不利于提高生产效率。针对存在的这些问题,对开卷机结构进行了几处改进,其中包括对旋转接头、弧板和挡臂的改进。通过改进前后的对比,阐明了改进措施的优势和意义。改进后的开卷机简化了加工工艺,降低了成本,提高了生产效率,经过多次实践检验,得到了用户的认可。 In this article, through long time observation, it found that some problems exist in the original uncoiler, which go against increasing production efficiency, such as the installation of uncoilcr is tedious, putting in pipe is complicated; oil leakage exists in pressure chamber and back oil chamber, and etc. Aiming the existed problems, some improvements for original uncoiler structure were conducted, including revolving joint, tap-plate and retaining arm.Through comparison before and after improvement, it expatiated the advantages and significance of improving measures. These improving measures were tested repeatedly in practice, accepted by customers and with obvious application value.
