摘要
对高岭土尾矿所含低品位铅锌硫化矿进行了分别回收铅、锌、硫精矿的浮选分离研究。采用捕收-抑制-再活化浮选工艺流程获得了铅品位和回收率分别为69.32%、75.95%的铅精矿,锌品位和回收率分别为59.23%、82.53%的锌精矿以及硫品位和回收率分别为52.52%、70.22%的硫精矿。
Experimental research on Pb-Zn-S separation flotation was made on a low-grade Pb-Zn sulfide ore in kaolin tailings. With a collecting-depression-reactivation flotation flowsheet, a lead concentrate with Pb grade and recovery of 69.32% and 75.95% , respectively, a zinc concentrate with Zn grade and recovery of 59.23% and 82.53% , respec- tively, and a sulfur concentrate with S grade and recovery of 52.52% and 70.22% , respectively, can be obtained.
