介绍对某厂热轧平整液压压下系统技术改造工作．分析了系统存在的主问题，提出用电 液伺服阀控方式取代原来伺服变量泵的系统．实现稳定的恒压力压下控制，技改取得完 全成成．
This paper describes the technological remaking of hydraulic press down system of 1700 type hot - rolling Planisher in a certain plant, analyzes the problems existing in the original system, presents that the system can be controlled by electrohydraulic servo value rather than servo variable pump. The stable constant pressure press down control is realized and the technological remaking has been achieved successfully.
